Returns & Exchanges

At Global Imaging USA, we want to ensure full customer satisfaction across our product catalogue. If you find that you’re dissatisfied with a product(s) you’ve purchased from us, our sales team handles all queries.

You can reach Sales by either calling (702) 850-2797 or by emailing Please have the serial/part numbers and/or invoices (or other purchasing information) available for smoother and faster assistance when you do contact our sales team.


Buyers will receive a Return Authorization number (RMA) upon making a purchase with Global Imaging USA, and buyers must notify Global Imaging USA (within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date) if:

1. Any damage/defect(s) are discovered in parts or equipment.
2. The wrong product has been delivered to the buyer.

Global Imaging USA WILL NOT accept returns of any parts or equipment after the fact. Please inspect your purchase thoroughly upon delivery and ensure that the 90 days do not lapse without any prior communication.

1. We ONLY accept returns on parts/equipment sold from our store.

2. We ONLY accept returns on parts/equipment within the 90-day RMA window.

3. We ONLY accept the costs for return shipping that use our own issued/authorized return shipping labels.
(In other words, if you use your own shipping company to return a product without prior agreement with Global Imaging USA. Global Imaging USA IS NOT liable for those shipping costs)

Global Imaging USA does not accept exchanges for parts or equipment. If you have made a purchase with us, please follow our returns policy or refer to our warranty information for recourse on what to do next.
